Living Divani Expands the Sumo Collection

The Sumo furniture collection by Living Divani, designed in 2020 by Piero Lissoni, evolves constantly to fulfil the growing need for comfort.

The new Sumo Bed is a significant addition to the collection. This bed has a matching bench that blends harmoniously with the other pieces to form a lovely composition. In 2021, the Sumo sofa was transformed to become completely horizontal and allow greater flexibility through its dynamic cushions that can be adjusted as desired.

Now, in 2023, the concepts of lightness and suspension are reflected in both the Living Divani bench and the bed, which both have thin horizontal bases supported by minimalist legs. This evolution will continue to reflect the philosophy of the Sumo collection. It adapts to today’s idea of comfort in constant evolution, though it continues to have an essential Japanese style and offers flexible solutions for the bedroom area.
