Schermo Porro

Porro's Schermo design sideboard, created by Alessandro Mendini, is an icon with its square shape placed on a base with a sloping oblique door, becoming the focal point of spaces.

Its distinctive feature is the inlaid front, created by combining three types of wood - elm, oak, and acacia - arranged in abstract geometric compositions. This design blends the outlines of a triangle with the curves of a circle in unexpected directions. Inside the container, there is a finish in maple, plastic elements made of brass and copper, and a unique three-dimensional profile.

Schermo perfectly complements a modern and minimalist interior style, adding a touch of elegance and originality in a limited edition.
