Saarinen Coffee Table Knoll

The Saarinen Coffee Table, designed by the renowned Eero Saarinen for Knoll, has a circular or an oval top and is supported by an elegant pedestal structure.

The Coffee Table, 39 centimetres high, has an aluminium base with white, black or grey finish; its top is configurable in different types of marble, in granite, in wood or in laminate.

According to Saarinen’s aesthetic vision, a structure that avoids the presence of four legs and only includes one support element stands out for its elegance. To obtain the desired structure, the renowned designer experimented with clay, creating a shape of immense sculptural value. Among Eero Saarinen’s creations, also the Tulip Chair and the Saarinen Table have a similar design.
