The Wunderkammer showcases, designed by Piero Lissoni for Glas Italia, feature a structure in dark brown anodized aluminum, enriched with refined details and panels in tempered extra-light transparent glass.
The word Wunderkammer referred to the chamber of wonders, an exhibition space of princes and intellectuals, which collected rare objects, natural curiosities, and artistic artifacts, typical of the Renaissance, aimed at stimulating wonder and admiration for nature and human ingenuity.
The base is coated with matte lacquered glass, and the shelves are supported by adjustable brackets fixed on vertical uprights, with doors equipped with special adjustable hinges.
These showcases, upon request, can be provided with a lock and are completely dismountable.
Ideal for sophisticated residential settings, museum areas, and luxury commercial spaces, they offer 360° visibility of objects thanks to the glass and slender structure, fully customizable in size.
