The PK31™ sofa by Fritz Hansen, designed by Poul Kjærholm in 1958/59, is an excellent demonstration of the designer's ability to work with precious materials and minimal lines. The PK31™ series is available both as an armchair and as a 2 or 3-seater sofa, characterized by a frame in matte chrome spring steel.

The PK31/2, with its ingenious modular construction, exudes industrial strength and durability, offering perfectly proportioned comfort thanks to the finely upholstered leather and fabric seat and backrest, underscoring Kjærholm's firm belief in the highest craftsmanship standards, down to the last stitch.
