The Venus sideboard by Driade, unveiled at the 2023 Salone del Mobile and designed by Fabio Novembre, depicts the iconic statue of the goddess, akin to the 2017 bookshelf, skillfully blending design and art. Constructed with 25mm medium-density fiber wood panels, it features a matte lacquered finish in a striking wine red or black color.
Its floor-supporting base boasts a mirrored finish with adjustable feet for stability. The front comprises two swing doors and two fully extendable drawers, both with a 45° bevel, equipped with adjustable internal shelves and a push-pull opening system.
Inside, an open compartment houses a white reconstituted marble bust sculpture, providing a true artistic and elegant touch to the storage unit. This versatile piece can seamlessly integrate into refined environments, harmonizing functionality and aesthetics in contemporary decor.
