Himani D Baxter

The Himani D rug is a piece that was crafted by Baxter P. for Baxter. It was created with the intention of adding a touch of polished modernity as well as versatility to the space that it was placed in.

There are a total of eight unique rugs in the set, and they are all labeled with a letter to denote the unique quality they each exhibit.

The Himani D rug is distinguished by the hand-spinning of the mantle and its subsequent hand-finishing, which consists of the arrangement and overlap of irregular shapes and elements of three dimensions to produce a system of varying heights.

Brightness and brilliance are added to the carpet by the use of wool, vegetable silk, viscose, and linen, all of which contribute to the rug's surface.

Viscose's ability to absorb light gives rise to a unique carpet with a room-defining play of subtleties and tonal shifts.
