Skynest Motion is a floor lamp designed by Marcel Wanders in 2022 for Flos. A partially suspended structure offers diffused illumination ideal for a wide variety of settings. The dome consists of luminous elements and dark light cuts arranged in a network and coated with a thin tubular mesh, woven and colored, made of recycled and recyclable polyester.
Each light element is powered by special micro-connectors located at the top of the dome and covered with a two-tone mesh, ensuring excellent light emission from the LED module.
Equipped with a built-in balancing system, the fixture is stable and easy to assemble thanks to the simple interlocking system of the aluminum ring at the bottom of the dome. With finishes available in various shades, it also features integrated electronics and a dimmer for optimal lighting control.
