Flexing without collapsing: this is the extraordinary ability that the surprising design of the Marathon table by Andrea Lucatello for the brand Cattelan Italia appears to show. The base of the table is made of bentwood sticks and steel segments: these create a perfect balance that gives the ecstasy of amazement to any observer and enriches any living room in a particularly significant way.

The magic wood employed is Burnt-Oak painted or black lacquered ashwood, or Canaletto Walnut. The steel elements can be enhanced by an embossed painted finish (in black, bronze or titanium colours) or by a brushed finish (in the Brushed Grey and Brushed Bronze versions).

The top of the Marathon table can be in standard or extra-clear crystal.
